Natural Bodybuilding Tips
Adapted from an article by Jim Ryan
There is absolutely no doubt that building the perfect body takes time, effort and 100% commitment from you. Achieving a ripped and toned body will also give you a positive boost to your self-esteem and confidence. Here are a few tips to get you started on the road to success.
1) Diet:
Try to remember that the vast majority of your gains
will take place away from the gym during your rest and recovery periods and meal time.
You will need to significantly increase your caloric intake in order
to build the sort of lean muscle mass you need. Focus on high quality
proteins in the form of lean red meat, poultry, fish, and eggs. Also
try to take as many high fiber, low-glycemic carbohydrates
as you can. Good examples are quinoa, brown rice, barley, non-starchy vegetables. Remember that all the anabolics, legal steroids, HGH and Testosterone supplements available are not going to work to their full potential if you are not giving your body the fuel it needs.
2) Increase your water intake:
I know it may seem difficult at first, you may even feel slightly bloated. However, it is vitally important that you stay well hydrated and take as much water on board as you possibly can. Remember, water has been shown to considerably reduce the risk of injury while training, an absolutely vital
requirement in any natural bodybuilding regimen.
3) Be Specific:
Be as specific as possible about your goals and your training plan. Successful people all have one thing in common; they set specific goals and targets, and have a definite plan in place. You absolutely have to keep a detailed record of your training and nutrition to make sure you are on track. Keeping track of your supplementation is also essential. Are you cycling legal steroids, using HGH for recovery or taking testosterone supplements? You need to keep track of on and off cycles of supplementation so you can take the best advantage of these amazing products.
4) Be consistent:
If you have a training plan that involves you going to the gym 4 times a week, then follow it to the letter. You will find yourself losing the edge pretty quickly if you start to become inconsistent with your workouts, and you can forget all about building that perfect natural physique.
If you let your diet slack, you will really notice a reduction in your gains. Likewise, if you are not consistent with your supplementation it will not work the way it was designed to. HGH and legal steroid supplements can really help a bodybuilder get over a plateau and make amazing gains; they must be taken consistently.
5) Intensity:
Add intensity and focus to your workout. There has been a lot written and said about training to muscular failure and you will probably have to make your own mind up about that. However, by the end of your workout at the gym if you are not so exhausted or you are begging for someone to put you out of your misery, you did not work out with enough intensity.
Focus is also important. If you are serious about sculpting your body, socializing while working out is not going to get you there. Instead of hitting on that hot girl (or guy) in the weight room, focus on your workout and watch the hot girls (or guys) fall all over you in the club.
6) Supplementation:
This is a key step in the formula to building an incredible physique.
Supplements will help push you towards your goal and should be a part of your daily regimen. Always use supplements as directed and remember, they are not magic pills. You cannot just take them, sit on the couch and expect to look amazing. It takes effort-intense work outs, a clean diet and mental concentration to reach your desired goals.
Make the commitment and you will see the results in no time.
