How long does one bottle of Pump Xtreme last ?
| | 4 weeks, one month, 30 days. One bottle contains 120 MLS. and all you need is 5 ML. a day for 6 days a week. Most of the other products out in the market last anywhere from 10 to 20 days. Why ? Beause if it isn't working you need to take more and more. This is according to the manufacturer... just ask anyone who is taking the oral N.O. and they'll tell you. All of our products are designed to work and last a full 30 days.
| How many times a day do I have to use Pump Xtreme ?
| | Only once a day before a work-out, and first thing in the morning on your off days when you don't work-out. Other products need to be taken 3 times a day on an empty stomach. This is unecessary with our product. Once a day application onto your muscle and it lasts 24 hours in your system.
| How long do I need to keep it on ? How long does it stay in my system ?
| | You need to keep it on for at least 2 hours before you shower or swim. Excess sweating will not wash it off. It will last for 24 hours in your system and therefore you should try to put it on at the same time each day if possible, but not crucial. Also you need to use it every day even on off days for six days straight.
| Why is this in a transdermal solution and not in a capsule or liquid sublingual ? Also, is this a spray or gel ?

For best results, it is recommended that you do not repeat the same location of application for 2 consecutive days. On your off days, you can put it on your lagging or weak bodyparts. If you work-out multiple bodyparts in one day, we suggest putting it on the largest bodypart you are working on that day. Or, split the dose into 1-1-1-1-1 or 2.5 - 2.5 for a total of 5 ML. per day.
